Is pricing in Canadian dollars?▾
Yes. Every price on this page is in CAD. There is no exchange rate to work out and no surprise conversion on the invoice, which is a common complaint about US based compliance platforms.
Do you charge per user?▾
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Compliance work pulls in engineering, IT, legal and leadership, and charging per seat pushes companies to keep people out of the tool that is supposed to be the single source of truth.
What counts as a framework?▾
Each framework you enrol in uses one of your plan's framework slots — so a Growth plan can run two at once, for example TISAX and ISO 27001. Our assessment modules — Threat & Risk Assessment, Privacy Impact Assessment, and Governance readiness — also use a slot each. They're standalone assessments with their own methodology and their own report, so we count them the same way. Modules within a framework don't. TISAX covers Information Security, Prototype Protection and Data Protection, and CPCSC has its determination statements — those are part of the framework, not extra. Can I get the AI assistant and vCISO advisor on Starter?▾
Yes. They are included in Growth and above, and you can add them to Starter for $100 a month, or $1,000 billed yearly. That puts a Starter plan with the AI vCISO at $5,000 a year with one framework. If you also need a second framework, Growth at $7,000 a year includes the AI vCISO along with the assessment modules, vendors, training and access reviews, so it is worth comparing the two before you decide.
Can I start without paying?▾
Yes. You can create an account and start free, including the readiness checks, before deciding on a plan. We would rather you see your own gaps first than commit on a demo call.
What happens if I need a second framework later?▾
Either move up a plan, or add an additional framework to your current plan — talk to us and we will set it up. Your controls, evidence and policies carry over, since the same control usually satisfies requirements in more than one framework, so a second framework is much less work than the first.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?▾
Yes. Paying yearly gives you two months free, so the annual figure is ten times the monthly figure rather than twelve. Starter is $4,000 a year instead of $4,800, Growth is $7,000 and Scale is $12,500. One invoice instead of twelve, and two months you do not pay for.
